Disclaimers:

Tax, refunds, credits, and reservation:

There is an 11% combined tax added to the rates for state, county and bed tax.  New York state policy for short term stay is pay upfront for your night. If your card isn't good, you have no reservation. In season rates begin bike weekend in June thru Labor Day weekend in September. Midweek rates apply Sunday thru Thursday, Weekend rates apply Friday & Saturday. Special event pricing applies for certain dates, and we reserve the right to change them or require at any moment a minimum stay for any reason. Cancelations without penalties may occur 48 hours prior to 11:59pm the day of your stay.  Inside that 48hour window there is a $15 dollar restocking fee.  This may apply to your second day of your stay, and I turned someone else down to fill that night. If I rent it the second night... you're clear. If I don't see or hear from you by 11:59pm that night... you are charged full rack rate to the card reserving the room and your second night is unreserved from there on out and I may rent your second night. If its still available and you wish to keep it... I will give you the following upcoming weeknight free to hold its original value. Bottom line____ call me as soon as you can to work things out.  If there is problems with your room tell me and we will work things out. Things happen, some controllable, and others uncontrollable.

Pets:

There is a $15.00 pet fee for carpet shampooing after your stay. If your bringing a pet, flee bath the thing before your trip. You will thank me later. At home your pets do not sleep in close proximity as they do in a motel room. If you get bit by your own stuff, I'm not going to be happy. I have lab equipment so don't test me on anything.  Bring a leash, because there is a New York State leash law. If it bites someone there is a New York State one-time bite law. You are responsible for your dog, not me by law, because by definition I'm not feeding or watering it. Please have everything for picking up dew. Often people step into it and bring it into the carpet of the rooms. That guest could be in your own room.

Noise:

Quiet time starts at midnight. partying must be moved to front bonfire away from motel guest sleeping and no music after midnight. No starting up jet ski's(never again), or any loud vehicles beyond the normal operation levels. Car alarms better not go off long and the vehicle plate number on your registration card is important to identify which car alarm goes to what room.

Nonpaying guest:

The names on the registration card upon check in are responsible for all guests in the room. and may at any moment reject a guest, therefore multiple signatures' advisable for any volatile circumstances. If you are not a guest you are not welcome after 3am or at any moment I choose, and you must vacate immediately to roadside markers. On duty emergency responders are only welcome upon my authorization. If I feel a problem can't be resolved and mediated without them I will authorize someone to call. We don't like diplomatic discounts, why? cause the minute you use your card you have an f.b.i. tail. So try using cash.

Firearms:

Tell me if you have a firearm, I will minimize your maid service to protect it, I offer my office safe if you wish to uses it. Ammunition should stay with me in office so I retain superiority of motel safety. If you fail to check in firearm and the maids find it... its really uncomfortable. When in storage leave a blank in it, nobody know its a blank and your able to clear it when you need to, yet loud enough to know somethings wrong.
